DIAPHRAGM SEALED GAUGES

Diaphragm sealed gauge are designed & recommended to isolate the measuring system of a pressure gauge from corrosive, pasty or dangerous fluid depending on the viscosity, pressure, vacuum, solidification of a particular process medium. The diaphragm is argon arc welded to the top chamber to ensure a perfect selling "No LEAK". The welded construction facilitates removal of the gauge for repair/service without process shut down. They are also ideal for low pressure measurement of dry and gaseous media, commercial heating, level measurement, gases distribution & filtration system

3. Pulp And Paper Gauge

Diaphragm sealed gauge with Top & Bottom sealed unit made of AISI 316 Diaphragm. This gauge gives way to measure pressure when viscous liquid gets stuck & allows resistance for highly aggressive liquids in paper & pulp applications

Schaffer’s Diaphragm type gauge with sealed unit of bottom chamber of AISI 316 diaphragm are used for gauging of highly aggressive & viscous liquid pressure.
